TBS3500 CHIP SEALER

Chip seal is one of the most successful road-resurfacing methods, designed to extend the life of a road’s driving surface. The chip seal process involves applying a layer of asphalt emulsion and aggregate rock over the road. The process consists of liquid asphalt, immediately followed by rock chips.

TBS3500 Chip Sealer can perform asphalt binder spraying and chip spreading processes synchronously, which allows full contact between binders and aggregates, thus resulting in maximum cohesive performance. It can also separately spray or spread asphalt or aggregate in special conditions.

1. The application rate of asphalt and chips are all controlled by the computer. The application rate is not affected by the variation of truck speed with high precision.

4. Asphalt and aggregate can be sprayed (spreaded) synchronously to ensure the effective adhesion of asphalt and aggregate.

5. Effectively realize zero-overlapping spraying of asphalt at two sides and improve the sealing quality.

6. The asphalt system with perfect performance can spray not only hot asphalt but also heavy-traffic asphalt, emulsified asphalt as well as modified asphalt and crumb rubber asphalt.

7 Advanced heating and circulating system can ensure the asphalt at the construction temperature, and the asphalt pipelines and nozzles unblocked, no need to be washed by diesel oil.
